Enhanced Sublimated Patches. When your design is detailed and just an embroidery won't produce the detail required, sublimated patches can be your answer! Enhanced Sublimation that is a combination of embroidery and Sublimation.

Woven patches and labels. These are perfect when traditional embroidered patches must have the smallest text and details. Excellent for branding and private labeling of apparel and outerwear. These are always 100% coverage since it is a weaving process and pantone® colors are more closely captured. Sized from as small as 7/16" x 1.75" to 5" square.

PVC Labels/Patch. This process involves injecting PMS® colors into flexible, non-toxic PVC. This is molded into virtually any shape or size and has the look and feel of soft rubber. Skillfully finished in a 2-D appearance, these can be constructed into a 3-D presentation.
