Brand It is a family owned promotional advertising company in Durham, North Carolina.  We started from humble beginnings, a two room office in the back of a customer’s warehouse in 2001.  Since then we have grown into our own building, located at 3626 Shannon Road in Durham.  We believe this growth and continued success is a direct result of our commitment to every customer.

Our company mission is to assist each customer in the selection of creative promotional product that will prominently display and promote their company.  We provide both friendly and timely service while delivering products on time and within your budget.  Our daily focus is to do what it takes to make every order “right” for every customer.

We have value because of our knowledge and experience in the market place!  We along with many other companies have access to over 800,000 products through 3000 suppliers.  That means nothing without the knowledge and experience to select the most appropriate product to represent your company.

We are effective because of the process we built and follow!  We manage all order processing, tracking, art issues, shipping and invoicing in our office where we oversee the process.  When you need something done now…we have a system built around being able to get those results!

The Brand It office is fast paced coupled with an atmosphere of working from home!  Our dog comes to work with us and our customers help themselves to whatever is in the refrigerator.  We are an earth friendly bunch and recycle everything!  One of our customers put it in these words…” working with you is like having a conversation over a peanut butter and jelly sandwich….and getting results that surpass any 4 star dining experience I have ever had!”
